 Today in class we continued to do our research about our two top careers we got from taking the assessment. I really like this lesson because it will help later on when I go to college. Something I learned is how to find jobs that are good paid and good for me. School is going well today as well.

 Today in class we went over Antojos by Julia Alvarez. I learned that Yolanda has traveled to the Dominican Republic in order to search for her cultural and personal identity. This story explores Yolanda Garcia's return to the Dominican Republic for the first time in five years. Tinted with feelings of nostalgia, Yolanda learns about her true antojos--or desires of her soul. School is going good so far.

 Today in class they presented the remaining countries. What I learned is that every country comes with a particular culture. Culture is an introduction of the state and a lot of countries are known for their cultures, their uniqueness. This is a good reason why I also like this lesson to learn more about cultures. School is going well today, a lot of work to do.

 Today in class we presented our slide shows about the countries in Latin America. I learned about the different types of cultures and food every country has. I learned that Brazil has a delicious diverse food like Feijoada which is a pork and black bean stew. I enjoyed this lesson because we can talk about the different religions and how every country is different and unique in their own way. School is going well so far.

 Today in class we started talking about Latin America culture. We are starting a project about a specific Latin america country we got assigned. Something I like about this lesson is that I can get to learn something new about other countries from Latin america. I am feeling tired today especially because we just came back from a long break.

 Today in class we did our essays. We had the whole class period to do our essays. Today in class i really didn't learn anything because we were doing our essays.Today school is going great so far. I had to take a test for math which was difficult.

 Today in class we went over the topics we can write about for our essays. Then we started practicing and getting our information ready for our essay. I learned how to properly start a introduction paragraph for my essay.  I like this lesson because it will get us ready to write our essay tomorrow.  School went well today.

 Today in class we went over how to cite and explain evidence for a claim. Today in class I learned the types of body format. I plan to use this information on my essay for the play Fences. What I like about this lesson is that we can go over the steps and proper way to write a essay so that I can get a good grade on my essay on Wednesday.  I am doing well today and have a  lot of work to catch up on for my other classes.
